Registration Rates

Early Bird Rate:	$275.00 [If you register on or before September 30, 2008]
Regular Rate:	$350.00 [After September 30, 2008]
Student Rate:	$80.00 [Valid student ID required on-site for entry]
Cancellation:	$50.00 [Cancellation fee charged if cancellation occurs after October 10, 2008]

Registration cost includes admission to all sessions, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and health breaks, one-day general admission to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, and conference materials including conference proceedings.
